We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and talent development. This role requires a strategic mindset with the ability to support business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company objectives.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
- Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
- Identify training and development needs, coordinating and delivering programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR information systems (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in Human Resources management, preferably within a technology or global company setting.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex employee issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with HRIS implementation and optimization (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
