We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure to support and enhance our hybrid deployment environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes that ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing application delivery.
This role requires close collaboration with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence, high availability, and performance across cloud, on-premises, and hosted environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, networking, storage, identity, and access management.
- Implement and maintain hybrid architectures integrating Azure with on-premises environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, and Terraform.
- Set up and maintain development, staging, and production environments for engineering teams.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows across multiple environments.
- Improve deployment reliability and consistency while reducing manual intervention through automation.
- Manage, maintain, and support on-premises servers and virtualized environments, including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Deploy, configure, and manage workloads on VPS and third-party hosting providers (such as Hostinger, RiverPod, and similar service providers).
- Support hybrid deployment models across on-premises, cloud, and hosted infrastructure.
- Implement configuration management and deployment automation using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or equivalent solutions.
- Plan and execute application deployments in customer-managed data centres, internal environments, and hosted platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent tools.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
- Solid scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience administering Linux and Windows servers.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and system performance concepts.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
- Experience working in hybrid cloud and enterprise on-premises environments.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, or Azure Solutions Architect.
- 1+ year of experience in GCP
